M'raj Inc. signs exclusive licensing agreement with Backflips Inc. and it's affiliates for swimwear.
M-raj Inc. signed an exclusive swimwear licensing agreement with Backflips Inc. located in Stockertown, Pennsylvania. This licensing agreement includes Backflips Inc. and its affiliates including A&H Sportswear Co. Inc., Mainstream Swimsuits Inc., Penbrooke Swimsuits Inc., and Mainstream International Inc., among others. The agreement allows Backflips Inc. and its affiliates to market and manufacture M-raj patented designs under their own brand names. Backflips Inc., and its affiliates design and manufacture swimwear for a variety of other companies including Reebok Swim, Caribbean Joe, Miraclesuit and Magicsuit just to name a few. M-raj patented design concepts are unique and dramatic, yet elegant. M-raj designs always have that "WOW FACTOR", with visual attraction and enhancement that consistently turn heads time and time again. M-raj President Frank Meekins said "This agreement puts M-raj on track with its business plan for growth and adds "WOW" to the apparel industry". It is our belief that we are on the cutting edge of apparel design and our U.S. patent gives us the ability to offer apparel companies a competitive edge to stand out and offer unlimited, unique apparel designs.
